Negotiated Fashion-Concept Research: Team-lab
Team Lab is an interdisciplinary group, founded in 2001 by Toshiyuki Inoko whose collaborative practice seeks to navigate the confluence of art, technology, design, and the natural world. Their work explores human behavior in the information era and proposes innovative models for societal development. A follow by the traditions of historical Japanese art; team lab operates from a distinct sense of spatial recognition that they call Ultrasubjective Space. Their work explores human behavior in the information era and proposes innovative models for societal development. They are involved in a wide range of urban landscape design, but also art design. There are also designs that work with other companies. Of course, there are independent exhibitions.
They mainly use high-tech digital art. Create many different designs. It is like art meets the science. For example, in the Art and Science museum in Singapore show Crystal Universe. This exhibition took thousands of lights spots. Created a fantastic universe. The color is constantly changing. The whole space has a feeling of being in motion. In Crystal Universe, the particles of light were digitally controlled, and change based on the viewer's interactivity with the work.

TeamLab has lots of different concepts. For example, [Digital Art] they thought to and Believe that the Digital Domain can Expand Art. [Transcending Boundaries] Removing the Boundaries Between Artworks. For me, am very interested in this concept. [Within the digital domain, art can transcend physical and conceptual boundaries. Digital technology allows art to break free from the frame and go beyond the boundaries that separate one work from another. Elements from one work can fluidly interact with, and influence elements of the other works exhibited in the same space. In this way, the boundaries between art pieces dissolve.] I think They used digital art, not just broken the boundaries between art works.

For example, they were using the digital The use of digital art to restore a traditional Japanese painting. They use the same principle of making the animation to reproduce the scene in the picture. This painting is no longer 'dead' but "live." The characters, scenery and flowers and birds are moving.

As well as calligraphy, This is a calligraphy written in a Chinese "life" word. This is a calligraphy written in a Chinese "life." Some people may not know this word, so team lab used, digital art to "life" understood as spring, summer, autumn, and winter. They broke a limit [Painting is not just a thing that does not move]. Also can also use modern technology to change.
So I want to break my boundaries. No longer use the traditional precious metals to make jewelry. Why the most common material can not make jewelry. I can also use new technology to make jewelry. In the past, my design is a lot of commercial jewelry. So this time I want to break my boundaries to make different styles of jewelry. Challenging myself.
